HCF engaged Graphite to deliver their 1.5-floor fitout to amalgamate their Member Services teams under one roof to encourage more collaboration, team bonding and efficiency.

The fitout features a large auditorium and town hall area to host large functions, open plan workstations, multiple meeting and quiet rooms, stand-up collaboration areas, training room as well as dedicated exercise, wellness and multifaith rooms. Due to the nature of their business, fit-for-purpose technology and business continuity was a key focus. The project is targeting a Platinum Fitout WELL Rating.
