A multifaceted fit-out and refurbishment project undertaken across 18 floors of premium live office space to transform spaces, services and facilities within the building to meet AMP’s dynamic workplace strategy. Graphite was engaged to deliver a series of strategic projects to align the built environment with the evolving workplace and operational needs of AMP’s core business units. The works involved major services separation and upgrades, structural modifications, space separation and densification, as well as numerous alterations to ancillary facilities across operational corporate office, function spaces and facilities.
